Program Description

Vision Growth ("Vision Growth") uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients who have booked a consultation call with us. Messages are strictly customer care related to that booking. Message types include:

• Booking confirmation (sent immediately after you schedule a call)
• 24-hour appointment reminder
• 1-hour appointment reminder
• Post-call follow-up with meeting notes

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number to Vision Growth through our website, booking forms, phone calls, or direct communication, and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from us.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may receive an initial confirmation message when you opt in. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message from us
• Emailing us at support@visiongrowth.io with your phone number and request to opt out

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in/opt-out data with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

We use Twilio as our SMS service provider to deliver messages. Twilio processes your phone number solely for the purpose of delivering our messages to you.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Coverage is not guaranteed in all areas.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
