6. Client Websites

For websites we build and host for clients:

• Website content provided by the client remains the client's property
• Hosting is provided on a subscription basis and subject to continued payment
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting for non-payment or violation of these terms

7. Limitation of Liability

Vision Growth provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
